Support the Addition of New Tabs using Plug-Ins

Support user-defined tabs using a plug-in system, probably built on MEF. As a proof-of-concept, build an ELMAH plug-in that allows viewing of ELMAH errors via an Isis tab.

Manage Users and Roles

Build in User and Role management using the built-in Membership providers, with functionality mirroring that of the localhost-only site management utility that ships with ASP.NET.

Improve Performance of Server Details Page

The Server Details page is slow to load. Optimize it so that it loads quickly, and uses some kind of AJAX callback to fetch the slower parts of the page.
